威廉·默克先生Doo Wai-Hoi先生

于2013年7月任命为副主席和非执行董事.Doo先生是生活方式国际控股有限公司的非执行董事，也是上海工业城市开发集团有限公司的独立非执行董事，都在上市公司香港。Doo先生也是本集团某些子公司的董事。他是有限公司董事长兼主任。DOO先生是香港特别行政区政府所指定的和平司法。他也是摩洛哥王国在香港和澳门的荣誉领事，以及香港加拿大商业会计的总督。He was promoted to the Officier de l’Ordre National de la Légion d’Honneur by the Republic of France in 2019. Mr. Doo is the brother-in-law of Dr. Cheng Kar-Shun, Henry and Mr. Cheng Kar-Shing, Peter, and the uncle of Dr. Cheng Chi-Kong, Adrian, Ms. Cheng Chi-Man, Sonia and Mr. Cheng Chi-Heng.
